RFQ AAPC/RFQ/2026/9953 — 2-Year Call-Off Agreement for PR & Social Media
Fifty-six seconds. Everything below is work our own team shot, directed and cut.
Qatar's greatest sporting stories begin at Aspire — and SORS has been behind the camera for them.

Qatari sport, the brands around it, and the people who train in it — SORS is already trusted across all three.
Four brands, one standard — the same team, cameras and post pipeline that would sit behind Aspire. Tap any client to see the work.
Aspire generates more stories every week than any single team can capture — and the most valuable ones aren't only at events.
The ±6 major events each year remain essential moments — but the everyday storytelling between them is where we believe the biggest untapped value sits.
Training, classrooms, recovery — the everyday moments that make Aspire what it is.
First call-ups, records, personal bests — stories that deserve more than a phone clip.
Home and abroad — the work behind the results.
The moment the academy's mission becomes visible.
Al Kass to school festivals — competition at every level.
When Aspire athletes carry Qatar's flag.
100+ delivered assets across Qatari sport in 2026 — Al Sadd SC × New Balance, Red Bull Qatar and STAGE.
The athletes we film — Barshim, Almoez, Tamimi and Ahmad — came through Aspire. We know where the story starts.
Direction, cinematography, editing, VFX, design, photography — one team, one standard, no subcontracting.
From same-day social reels to short films and documentary — the team behind Roots to Records. We don't cover an event, we tell it in order: the build-up, the day itself, and what it meant afterwards.
Three recent productions, chosen because each one answers a different question this tender asks: can you tell an athlete's story, can you run an account, and can you deliver to someone else's brief on someone else's deadline.
A feature documentary on Almoez Ali, out this December ahead of the 2027 Asian Cup. It runs from his childhood to the Asian Cup — a story of sacrifice and redemption. A 16-day production, run A to Z by SORS: approaching the athlete directly, booking and shooting every supporting interview in A and B cam, and sourcing archive from multiple holders inside and outside Qatar. Portions filmed inside Aspire Academy.

From the first approach to Almoez himself through to delivery — access, scheduling, every supporting interview, the archive hunt and the edit. No agency in between.
Footage traced and cleared from multiple holders inside and outside Qatar, cut against original A and B cam interviews with Assim Madibo and Félix Sánchez.
Almoez came through the Academy. The film lands this December, timed to the 2027 Asian Cup — a feature cut to a fixed public date.
Savage Line is a high-intensity obstacle race built to test speed, strength, endurance and resilience in front of a crowd — competition and community in the same arena, pulling athletes, fitness enthusiasts and brands together. SORS covered it with a five-person crew and delivered while it was still running.
Three camera operators, one action-cam operator, and a runner carrying batteries, swapping lenses and ferrying SD cards from the operators straight to the editor on site.
Live editing on site. Photography and the first cuts went out the same day, published while competitors were still on the course.
The full set of four reels delivered inside the following two days, with the event still live in the feed rather than a week behind it.
A launch campaign for the Hyundai STARIA, taken A to Z by SORS. Sixty Degrees brought an idea and a rough script; we turned it into a refined script, a shot list and framing, shot it, and delivered in two days — an eight-year-old playing the dealership’s top salesman, closing the sale to camera.
The agency supplied a concept and a rough script. SORS wrote the refined script, built the shot list, framed every setup and directed the shoot.
From wrap to delivered cuts in two days — an agency timeline on an agency brief, with a child lead and a vehicle on set.
A one-minute hero plus 30-second and 15-second cutdowns, each delivered horizontal and vertical.
Annex A sets out three bodies of work with three different rhythms. We have priced and resourced each one separately.
The monthly calendar, the design and copy that fill it, and the short-form that keeps Aspire’s channels alive between the big dates.
Scheduling, publishing, approvals routing and daily bilingual community management — a named person on the account every working day.
Every event on the calendar, at coverage levels sized to how much the moment needs — from a single operator to a full crew with live editing on site.
Athlete series, brand films, campaigns and documentaries — the Roots to Records lane, scoped at treatment stage.
Media relations, releases and distribution, crisis and reactive response, press conferences and monitoring — delivered by Action Qatar under our contract.
Monthly analytics across every channel, social listening by campaign, and communication impact reporting against an agreed KPI framework.
Aspire asked for bulk discounts. All four mechanisms apply automatically and appear on every quotation — Aspire never has to ask for them. One discount from A to C applies to any line, whichever is larger, and combines with the D rebate.
| Mechanism | Applies to | Threshold | Discount |
|---|---|---|---|
| A · Order quantity | Design, short-form video and copywriting — same item, one order | 5 / 10 / 20+ | 10–22.5% |
| B · Multi-day | Consecutive event and shoot days on a single booking | Day 2 / 3+ | 15 / 25% |
| C · Retained | Monthly services committed in advance | 6 / 12 months | 5 / 10% |
| D · Volume rebate | Cumulative spend per contract year — every call-off counts toward the threshold, content and PR alike | 250k → 1m | 3–10% |
Sections A to C are applied at the point of order and shown on the quotation. The section D rebate is calculated at the end of each quarter on cumulative spend and credited against the following quarter. PR lines carry Action Qatar's own volume terms, passed through in full. Full unit pricing is set out in the submitted response and rate card.

Tap any step above to follow one real example through the process.
Aspire sits at the top of our roster — the work our name opens with, resourced accordingly.
One account lead and a consistent crew — the same faces at every shoot, who know the brand by heart.
The day the agreement is signed, Aspire's majors go into our production calendar — guaranteed crews, before any other client.
This is founding-partner pricing — protected when the partnership renews.
Seven full-time in Doha, a licensed drone pilot, and vetted freelance panels for copywriting and specialist crew. Nobody on this list is a placeholder.
Account lead and Aspire’s single point of contact, with commercial authority on every call-off.
Production lead on shoots and events — scheduling, crewing, logistics and permits.
Camera and location sound across interviews, features and event coverage.
Camera, plus motion graphics, animated posts and bilingual supers.
Stills and video across events, athlete portraiture and campaigns.
Offline and online edit, grade, VFX and short-form delivery.
Lighting on location and in studio, plus camera support.
Aerial capture, commercial multi-rotor licence and MOI flight permit handling.
A vetted panel with proven records, drawn on for bilingual captions and long-form copy.
An extensive database of vetted freelance crew, brought in per production as a shoot calls for them — make-up artists, set designers and art directors, stylists, grips, additional camera operators and assistants. Sourced, booked and supervised by SORS, charged at the rate card.
A Doha communications consultancy registered here since January 2004 — twenty-two years of continuous practice in this market. They hold the media relationships, the newswire arrangements and the monitoring subscriptions this scope requires. CR No. 27092, active. Their Commercial Registration accompanies this submission.
Action delivers the public relations scope as our named subcontractor. Aspire signs one agreement, speaks to one account lead and receives one invoice. SORS carries the delivery risk and the performance bond across both scopes — there is no second supplier for Aspire to manage.
Media relations in Qatar is a relationship business and we were not going to pretend otherwise. Rather than staff it thinly and learn on the Academy’s reputation, we partnered with a consultancy that has been doing it here since before most of our team started working.
Compliance carries 30% of the evaluation. Every general term in the RFQ is accepted without qualification.
